Construction description:
For the production of our MelonAirTM we use multi layer material made of double PCV 1100 g/m2, resistant to ultraviolet radiation, salty water, petrol, oils. It maintains its best qualities in the temperatures between -30 st C do +60 st C. The joints of the raft rubber are called 'the cold weld'. The stitches are made in a jointing method; the glue used for the montage is resistant to ultraviolet radiation when in chemical contact with the material.
One of the important reasons for buying our product is a natural seating position with a back, that doesn't cause back pain of the fisherman. It's an unquestionable advantage in comparison to other typical and common seats or even a complete lack of it in traditional models of rafts and boats.
The construction of our MelonAirTM consists of blow-up melons with diameter of 40cm or 60cm. Depending on the destination: rivers on the plains, in the mountains or open water space we offer rafts of different shapes and sizes.
Due to our reliable and hardworking machines, the raft can be strengthened with tarpaulin material according to the color and client's taste. On the floats there is a unique construction that allows putting some additional equipment in order to increase the comfort of fishing and resting. We provide you with items that you would easily adjust to your individual needs.
Of course there's a possibility to install echo probe, GPS as well as an anchor, handles for the fishing rods, signal lamps, extra travel sacs, landings, lightning for night fishing, engine supports.
Our MelonAirTM are equipped with sets of bags and travel sacs made of highly resistant and water proof cloth. Thanks to them you can safely pack your baggage and other useful accessories.
If you need anything special we can customize your MelonAirTM to your individual specifications. We offer the installation of special equipment for certain purposes like mowers, oxygen equipment, sonar equipment with a set of emitters and hydrophones.

If you travel with friends there is a possibility to create systems:
· Option of installing up to 3 seats in a unit.
· Connecting several units in one platform.
Other use:
Our rafts you can also use to build:
· heavy duty pantoon (up to 800kg)
· recreation platform or research platform for research and telecomunication stations.
Transportation facilities:
MelonAirTM is light (25kg) and has got compact package. It's so easy to carry that you could even take it on a walking trip in order to carry it to the places that are not reachable by car or unknown for other fishermen. Unpacking takes less than 20min. When packed, MelonAirTM fits in two bags which you can easily put into the track of the car. Our product has undergone many tests which assure that it can be used for the nature conservationists, hunters, fishermen as well as it can be used for tourism and recreation.
Guarantee:
We give 24 month guarantee for our product with a possibility of prolonging it for another 24 months with an additional cost.

Our production is under control of the quality management system ISO 9001:2000. Many elements have been certified as being: fire proof, non-toxic, durable. The whole production fulfills EU requirements. We have the CE mark.
